Membership

To become a member, you need to:

  • Be a Kenyan citizen
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Fill out the membership application form on our website
  • Provide valid identification documents
  • Agree to our party constitution and values

You can start your application by visiting our Join KGP page.

Membership fees are as follows:

  • Ordinary Member: KSh 100 per year
  • Youth Member (18-35 years): KSh 50 per year
  • Student Member: KSh 25 per year
  • Life Member: KSh 5,000 (one-time payment)

Payment can be made through M-Pesa, bank transfer, or at our party offices.

You can check your membership status by:

  • Logging into your account on our website
  • Calling our membership hotline: 0700 000 000
  • Visiting any of our party offices
  • Sending an email to membership@kenyagreatparty.org

To resign from the party, you can:

  • Submit a written resignation letter to the party secretary
  • Use our online resignation form (coming soon)
  • Visit any party office and fill out a resignation form

Your resignation will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

Party Activities

As a member, you can participate in various ways:

  • Attend party meetings and conventions
  • Join party committees and working groups
  • Volunteer for party events and campaigns
  • Contribute to policy development
  • Run for party positions in internal elections

Party meetings are held at different levels:

  • Branch meetings: Monthly
  • Constituency meetings: Quarterly
  • County meetings: Bi-annually
  • National meetings: Annually

Special meetings may be called as needed. Members are notified in advance.
